I was delighted to be asked to be the Moderator for a new group - Sustainability and the Circular Economy - within Women in Office Design.

With over 30 years’ experience in marketing, sales, PR and journalism in the office / workplace sector, I have a focussed interest in the latest developments in sustainability and the circular economy.

As a founder member of Amaryllis and Board director for over 15 years, the Company was ground breaking in its approach to sustainability. Originally founded to target the emerging Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Amaryllis specialised in Furniture, Fittings and Equipment including product specification and supply, reuse and renovation as well as support services including porterage, removals and onsite repairs. The Company’s customer base included major, long term contracts primarily in the public sector, such as the Department for Work and Pensions, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice, NHS as well as major corporate clients with British Airways being the most prominent.
